How to do courses online
We are an online Academy in Namibia. We do not offer classroom training. You can go to our website and contact us through our online contact forms or you could simply whatsapp us with the course info you need and give us your full names and email address, in order for us to whatsapp and email you the quote, course details, certificate etc.
Our courses is self-paced and you can do our courses from anywhere at any time in your own time and at your own pace – there is no time-limits.
You can stop at any time and continue where you left off with the courses.
We provide 24/7 support via email and WhatsApp.
You will need any laptop, pc, tablet and most smartphones to do our courses.
When you finish the course and pass the (in-course) quiz assessment, we will issue you with a certificate.
If you do not pass the quiz first time around, you can do the quiz over and over, until you pass.
We first send you a quote and when you pay, we send you the link to the course.
Online learning requires an internet or Wi-Fi connection for real-time interaction and access to resources.
The online courses can be done on any PC, laptop, tablet and certain smartphones.
You can do the courses in your own time and at your own pace. There is NO time restrictions.
You can stop during the course at any time and you will have to option to continue from where you left off.
NOTE: Before you can do courses online, you need to either enroll or request a quote. We can then add you on our database for the specific course with your personal details. After you PAID for the course, you will receive the link to your course.

If you successfully complete the course quiz assessment, you qualify for a CPD IMPACT Academy digital PDF certificate, (which we will send to your email and whatsapp). The cost for a laminated printed certificate on photo paper is an additional N$150, if you so choose.
