How to do courses online
We are an online Academy for Namibians. We do not offer classroom training. You can go to our website and contact us through our online contact forms or you could simply WhatsApp us with the course info you need and give us your full names and email address, in order for us to WhatsApp and email you the quote, course details, etc.
Our courses are:
1. self-paced and
2. you can do our courses from anywhere
3. at any time
4. in your own free time and
5. at your own pace – there is no time-limits.
You can:
1. stop at any time and
2. continue where you left off with the courses, whenever you choose to resume.
We provide 24/7 support via email and WhatsApp.
You will need ANY laptop, pc, tablet and most smartphones to do our courses.
When you finish the course and pass the (in-course) quiz assessment, we will issue you with a certificate.
If you do not pass the quiz first time around, you can do the quiz over and over, until you pass!
We first send you a quote and when you pay, we send you the link to the course, which you click on and follow.
NOTE: Before you can do courses online, you need to either enroll or request a quote. We can then add you on our database for the specific course with your personal details. After you PAID for the course, you will receive the link to your course.

When you finish the course and pass the (in-course) quiz assessment:
1. we will issue you with a certificate/diploma.
2. the certificate/diploma is in high quality digital Photoshop PDF format
3. print-ready in A4 which you can print in high definition
4. or save to your documents
5. each certificate has a authenticity number and QR code
6. Certificate is sent to your email and WhatsApp number
7. If you choose, we can also print and laminate and courier the certificate at additional costs.
