Work in your own time and at your own pace. You MUST have access to computer/laptop/tablet, Wi-fi and WhatsApp, your own personal email address, your own mobile number and good working knowledge of MS Office.
Job Description:
- Agents act as intermediaries between IMPACT Academy and potential learners.
- Commission Based – earn flat rate (N$ 50) for each recruited (by you) learner’s PAID COURSE FEE to IMPACT Academy - write your own pay cheque!
- Skip flat rate, Earn 10% commission on enrollment with payment of courses that price from N$ 550 and above!
- Assist learners to enroll in order to claim your commission, online.
- Promote skills courses in the field and on social media.
- Personal interaction with potential learners with regards to various courses relating to personal, career and skills development certification.
- Provide advisory and support functions for learners, sharing knowledge on available options and making recommendations on suitable courses.
- Correspond and liaise with employers and businesses to promote training of their employees.
- Proactively seek new learners / training opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with learners.
- Conduct surveys of suggested / recommended courses for future offering by IMPACT Academy.
- Providing feedback to IMPACT Academy on market trends and learners' needs.
